Terms and Conditions

By signing the booking form, which will be sent to you on request, you are entering into a contract with ‘History Tours Norfolk’. 
A deposit of £100 per person is payable when your booking is made, and the balance of £295 is due one month before the start date of the tour. 
The group size on the tour will be between 10 and a maximum of 15.   The organisers will endeavour not to cancel the tour but reserve the right to do so for any reason outside their control.  In this case all deposits and advance payments will be refunded in full.

Your deposit is only refundable if we are able to find someone to take your place.

Liability
The organisers shall not be liable in any manner whatever in respect of any loss, damage or injury to persons joining the tour, unless it is the result of negligence on the part of the organisers.

Insurance
It is advised that comprehensive insurance shall be taken out by all persons joining the tour.
